Returns Policy
Returns without prior written authorisation from our Sales Department will not be accepted from the customer. Delivery drivers, representatives, or any staff are not authorised to accept returns without this authorisation.
In case of faulty manufacture or incorrect packaging upon inspection of goods, replacement or credit will be provided at our discretion, with returns postage covered.
Product quality is paramount to us, and if defective goods are discovered, they will promptly be removed from sale. Any previously supplied items from the faulty batch will be recalled, with replacement costs capped at the original product price plus related shipping expenses.
In case of returns for reasons other than specified, the Company may apply a 20% restocking fee for boxed goods or a 30% restocking fee for prepacked items, in addition to the original carriage cost.
