Price Review

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, effective from 6th May, we will be reviewing our current prices.

Over recent months, we have received multiple price increases from our suppliers. These increases have been attributed to higher raw material costs and rising transportation expenses linked to ongoing geopolitical instability affecting global supply chains. In addition, the government’s increase to the minimum wage has had a significant impact on our business, as all of our prepacks are prepared by hand, making our operation particularly labour‑intensive.

While we have absorbed these additional costs for as long as possible, it is no longer sustainable to do so. As a result, we regrettably have no option but to adjust some of our prices.

Please note that any orders received before 6th May will be honoured at current prices.

We will be producing updated catalogues to reflect these changes. Customers who use an EPOS system and/or require a CSV file for upload are kindly asked to contact us to request a copy.

Long‑standing customers will recognise that we very rarely implement price increases, and many of our prices have remained unchanged for a number of years. We remain committed to providing the quality and service you expect from us and sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support.
