We will not accept the return of any goods by or from the customer without the prior written authorisation from our Sales Department. Without this written authorisation, delivery drivers, representatives, any employee or member of staff are not permitted to accept the return of goods.

If, on inspection of goods, they are found to be of faulty manufacture or packaged incorrectly, they will be replaced or credited, at our discretion, and any returns postage credited.

Product quality is of the utmost importance to us and in the unlikely event of any goods being found defective, they will be immediately be withdrawn from sale, and any goods previously supplied from the faulty batch will be recalled. The cost of replacement will be limited to the original cost of the goods plus any postage costs or carriage charges involved.

If goods are returned for any other reason, then the Company reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking charge for boxed goods or 30% restocking charge for prepacked items, both plus the original cost of the carriage of the goods.
